Mo was really helpful, answered questions, and gave us space to talk and think

It was generally very easy and a pleasant experience, we were greated soon after entering the store - shown to the area we needed to look at, given paper to lay on to protect the beds.Then were allowed time to look, feel, lay on beds and choose. Once we had decided the salesperson was ready and waiting for us to order without any pressure. We were also given advice about different pillows for sleeping positions etc. The whole experience from start and actually to delivery time was great. The store was also clean, with obvious social distancing spacing and handgel. I have bought a number of beds and mattresses for myself and others from Dreams over many years and will also return to this store in future. Thank you dreams once again.

We have been self isolating and our visit to Dreams was our first shopping experience in 5 months. We felt very comfortable as there was hand gel available and the staff were wearing masks. We had been let down with one days notice after waiting since the 20th July by a company that should have delivered a bed base to us on the 14th August. As a result of this we needed a replacement delivered as soon as possible. Charlie was extremely helpful and managed to find us a base with the storage and colour that we required. We were also delighted with the delivery time. Thank you Charlie and Dreams.

Excellent and helpful staff made it a pleasure to shop there

Excellent service from the time we entered the store until we completed the purchase..We were able, with protection to lie on the 3 beds we were interested in and EVERYTHING about each bed was explained patiently and in words we clearly understood. It was a very hot day and Sarah offered us a small bottle of water. DELICIOUS
