booked an appointment time online, met by a friendly lady, bought exactly what I wanted, excellent price, very happy.

Colin was really friendly, very helpful and useful to us for helping us choose a Mattress and bed frame which Satisfied both myself and my partner. He talked through all the different options and helped us with all the details and gave as much assiatnce with the price and finance options available. Colin also offered me and my partner a drink which helped alot with it being a a very hot and having to talk through a mask. I could not fault Colin at all on his customer service skills.
