We were met at the entrance We explained what we wanted He showed us the beds available He left us to look On making our decision he advised us on the difference between mattresses Promotions available Discussed breakdown cover etc He appeared very friendly and knowledgeable.

Charlie was excellent and made the whole process very easy and comfortable. We had planned on visiting all of the 3 or 4 other bed stores in the area but she was attentive and made us feel as though she really knew what we needed. The whole experience with the sleep tester thing probably helped as well!
