Very knowledgeable and experienced member of staff, knew what we were looking for even though we didn’t, very thoroughly went through the payment process and ensured numerous times that we were happy with the payment process, also she had very good people skills. I dislike shopping but she made it an enjoyable experience.

Charlie was excellent and made the whole process very easy and comfortable. We had planned on visiting all of the 3 or 4 other bed stores in the area but she was attentive and made us feel as though she really knew what we needed. The whole experience with the sleep tester thing probably helped as well!
