I was witnessed walking ino the store by a member of staff who quickly came to my aid, was very polite asked me all about my sleeping position preferences and introduced me to the smart mattress came to get me once finished and showed me around. It was very easy there was no hint of aggressive upselling, she knew what she was talking about and was very clear and direct about everything.
