We were served by Sarah who was amazing, we were offered a drink and were able to take our time with no pressure to try out the beds and use the sleep machine. Sarah was really knowledgeable and listened to our needs and was so helpful, it was a lovely and friendly experience and we felt like special customers. I hope the rest of our journey with Dreams is as good.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Dom who offered us the chance to use the sleep test machine, which was great. Using it meant we didn't walk around aimlessly and we actually had a good idea of what we were looking for. He gave us options for beds, mattresses and pillows, allowed us time to walk around and look and discuss. We were offered tea and coffee and generally had a good time! When we ordered our bed, Dom kindly then gave us a number of free items which was incredibly generous of him. We had a great experience from start to finish and are really looking forward to our new bed!

Colin was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the process of choosing a new bed very straight forward and a pleasure. We would definitely use Dreams again.

Lucy was a lovely young lady who was very knowledgable considering she had not been there very long. She gave us time to think about it and even helped us with any questions

Our rep Colin gave us time to compare and test, then listened to our feedback and tailored his suggestions accordingly.
