Great welcome complete with hand sanitiser and customer safety paramount, paper covers for pillows and beds throughout visit with a bin for disposal by customer at end of visit, bottle of water to cope with heat and wearing a mask. The sleepmatch bed was a definite sign that we would get a good match mattress to fit our needs and the lady talked us through everything and was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The pillows we were given were so good we had to purchase them there and then. But I would say we were not faced with someone trying to sell us anything we bought the mattress, pillows, and mattress protector but it was nice to have the advice of the team to help in our choice. I was initially worried about being able to go into store and try beds but needn't have worried at all as Dreams have it all sorted even there staff oblige by wearing the face masks same as the customers.
