I came with my elderly and very picky Nan. She’s what I’d call a difficult customer so I wasn’t sure how we would get on. Additionally she’s quite disabled and unable to walk far or climb on/off beds easily. We were met by Tina at the MK branch and she assisted my Nan with testing which bed would most suit her needs. She was kind, patient and friendly. Exceptionally good with my Nan. My Nan then decided she would like to shop around before buying. However later decided dreams was the best choice. So we came back an hour or so later and the bed she liked had been moved upstairs. As Tina was so good earlier my Nan asked her what happened to the bed (it had been moved to a different part of the store). Tina then got her colleague Darren(?) to return it, and he even swapped the mattress from one divan to another so my Nan could see which height suited her best. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced such outstanding customer service in my whole life. Tina and Darren(?) were exceptional!

once a staff member engaged was very helpful used a machine to assess what type of mattress was needed. pointed out the signage to look for and left us to look at our own pace no hassling us. once we found the bed we wanted it only took a few minutes to get prder and given a delivery date

Friendly staff and quickly dealt with when needed
