We came into Dreams, and Colin was first to greet us and asked if we needed any help. He was very helpful and quick understanding as we told him what we are hoping to find. Throughout the experience Colin offered us bottles water, even show us the Sleepmatch software , gave us pillows and undergarments to try out the mattresses. Everything was shown according to our needs, keeping in respect to social distancing and within less than an hour we made our orders and are very satisfied customers. Just what we were really hoping, as im quite pregnant and im experiencing backaches and neck pains. Overall, deeply satisfied and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

once a staff member engaged was very helpful used a machine to assess what type of mattress was needed. pointed out the signage to look for and left us to look at our own pace no hassling us. once we found the bed we wanted it only took a few minutes to get prder and given a delivery date
