The quality of service and knowledge of the staff was superb

We were greeted by the most fantastic lady called Sarah at your Milton Keynes store in Winterhill. Her knowledge was excellent, she was thorough as well as personable. She listened to our requirements, provided us with plenty of options and information and then left us to make a decision. It was by far the best customer experience I have had in years. Even my children said that she clearly knew how to do her job and we should be friends with her as she was so nice. We had to do a fair amount of checking on some details as our order was split between two addresses as my son is moving and she was very patient and kind to us. If you have any mechanism for recognising the great work your people are doing, please recognise Sarah.
