We were welcomed by Peter into the store and were informed of the social distancing measures. He was polite and knowledgeable about the products and directed us to items he thought would be interested in. There was no hard sell but was about to be asked questions when needed. We has just come from a competitors store and the difference in the store customers experience and sales team was noticeable.

The Covid precautions were very good without being too overbearing. The gentleman who served us was very well informed and provided very good advise in determining our needs
