Lucy who attended me was extremely helpful. She looked after me especially as I have a really bad back and ensured I was comfortable all through my visit. If she was unsure of anything, she checked with a colleague, but in a manner that made me feel encouraged rather than left wondering if she knew anything. I personally enjoyed having Lucy as my sales assistant.

We came into the store wanting to just window shop but we were approached by the nicest staff who made an amazing job selling us a bed! We just couldn’t say no! Extremely friendly staff!

I went to get a new bed for my daughter and we got help very quickly and was able to offer a choice of bed and mattress that suited our budget. Very friendly and efficient order process

Friendly staff took the time to help find what I needed didn’t rush me and was very polite was even offered a drink

Staff member on hand when we were ready to make our purchase. While process was quick and easy. Offerd a drink, that was a nice touch. Needed loo, shown to staff loo, very kind as many stores wouldn't allow that.

Colin was brilliant and he invited us to use the sleep machine which seriously cut down the time to find a suitable product.
