The gentleman greeted me at the door, asked me to sanitise my hands and explained the store procedure. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately suggest options. I placed the order and all sorted in 15 minutes. Brilliant service. I was assisted by Peter in Milton Keynes store who was amazing. Lots of knowledge of the products, helpful, smiley - a delight!

Staff were very efficient, welcoming, very knowledgeable, didn’t feel rushed , friendly, felt safe due to current circumstances. Waiting to enter store was well executed. I have already recommended 2 people to go for new mattresses . On the whole a good experience.
