the woman who served us, Tina, managed to get us in the store & out in 30 minutes getting exactly what we came in for. She knew a lot about the products & what we meant when talking about the pain issues I have sleeping on my current bed.

The staff in the store were fantastic, i haven't been in a shop before where so many staff have been so happy and friendly. A lady called sarah helped us both days that we came to the store and i actually felt like i wanted to purchase something purely because the customer service we recieved was far better than anywhere else we had been.
