We were welcomed by a member of staff as soon as we entered the store. The new shopping rules (covid 19) precautions/ rules was explained and a sale assistant was allocated to us immediately. Really pleased with that. The lady was very knowledgable on the products and she was helpful in helping us decide what products to go for.

Very clear guidelines regarding COVID as soon as we entered the store. Staff were attentive but not overbearing and product knowledge was good.

Social distancing and Covid measures were all in place and we were offered water during the queue outside and also once inside the store. Our customer adviser Mo was very professional and explained everything to us. We did not feel rushed to make a decision and were given plenty of time to try out the recommended mattresses for us and used our own pillow protector and protection for lying on the beds. There was no hard sell and we felt valued as customers. It was a challenge at times as both Mo and ourselves were wearing masks and as we had to stand apart it was difficult to hear each other but we laughed it off and got on with the task in hand. We can't wait to receive our new mattress at the beginning of August.

Tina was very helpful and understanding
