I felt I was looked after and was genuinely listened to what I wanted. Was given plenty of time to make up my mind and was reassured by the 30 night option if I felt I wasn’t happy after delivery. Also I paid to have my old mattress taken away but was told if I do get rid of it before delivery I could get a refund for the £40 I had paid.

Members staff very pleasant and professional,good knowledge and extremely helpful. Was very impressed that Colin remembered my name from last week. Highly satisfied with the social distancing and sanitation. Thanks Steve and Kazz

Very impressed we were welcomed and briefed on current safety procedures and given advice on store layout. Then we were offered the what type of bed best tech followed seamlessly by examples of most suitable options. ( VERY HELPFUL) and I would like to add whilst all this was happening it was so friendly and unrushed and at no time did we feel under pressure to buy. We did find our dream bed at a good price with a base and great headboard to suit our decor and the checkout was fast with a purchase option that fitted us perfectly again options explained in a clear and easy to understand way, with the onus clearly on which one would suit us best
