Our assistant Tina was very efficient and friendly. She was very considerate about ensuring social distancing and leading us safely around the store. Tina was also very knowledgeable about the recommended products and allowed us all the time we needed to make a decision, she didn't hurry or push us at any point. Greeted at the door, all precautions were taken right from the start w/all necessary PPE available. Colin came over and asked if we would like to lay on a bed to determine how we slept and what bed and/ or pillow would be best for us. Colin was very understanding, as my wife is pretty specific and he was wonderful w/her. Colin showed us various designs and shapes and gave us time to decide, no rushing or pushing things on us. My wife in particular liked Colin's easy but friendly manner. Placed an order, and we are both delighted and can't wait for the delivery of our new bed. Thanks for hiring such a kind and patient employee.
