We visited the Milton Keynes store in 4th July and were extremely satisfied with our whole experience. The social distancing and protection measures in place were so clear, easy to follow and well respected by staff. Peter greeted us on entering the store and stayed with us the entire time, helping us to find the perfect mattress and answering all of our questions no matter how silly. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The whole process was made so easy considering. We had entered the store with only a vague idea of what type of mattress we wanted and hadn’t planned on purchasing that day but due to the excellent customer service we received and high quality of products available, plus the 10% discount, we couldn’t resist and didn’t want to go anywhere else.

Mo was incredibly attentive and helpful. His knowledge of all the products and services was second to one. Dom was also always on hand to grab PPE when we needed it.
