The staff were friendly and helpful, they knew the products well and were able to identify what it was I needed. Very satisfied with both the customer service and the product I bought.

Your colleague Peter gave us full attention and explained everything in good detail. He was able to answer any questions we had about the product. He was a great help in assisting us to choose the right product for us. He made our shopping experience pleasurable without any pressure at all.

Social distancing was excellent, colleagues insisted we used hand sanitiser before entry. I told the colleague what I wanted and he showed me a product range and then directed me to the bed I bought which was ex display and very good value for money. Ordering took about ten minutes and was safe, delivery in under a week and free! Very happy shopper.
