The staff in branch were really helpful and friendly. Sarah was outstanding in her service. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. When I need my next bed for my daughters bedroom I will definitely be going back here!

The guy who dealt with us, Colin, was welcoming and took time to understand what we were looking for. He explained the options for both beds and mattresses clearly, and we were able to 'try out' several mattresses before making a decision. Overall a very easy and helpful experience.

The sales guy was amazing and knew what we wanted straight away, he let us try the mattress before we brought he explained everything to us and even got us to buy the extra cover and explained in great detail how it would benefit us. The delivery guys were amazing also they rang to give us a time frame of when the would be here. They turned up in that time was very friendly guys. They did offer to take the mattress to the room as their supposed to but I was isolating for a operation so we asked them to place it in our hallway which they were happy to do. I’ve already recommended dreams to at least 6 family and friends

Colin was very patient with us and understood what we wanted and showed us all our options. Excellent service.

Greeted as soon as we arrived. Colin was straight to explain the bed scanner and 5mins later we had 4 bed options to try out. Dreams was the first of 4 stores we planned to look at and we had no need to look any further

We had a welcoming entrance from Colin, he was very pleasant and highly attentive. He had educated us on the type of beds and recommend us things I never put into thought. He had went out of his way to really support us in the type of products we was looking for and helped us purchase what we looked for. I want the manager to personally thank him for his kindness and his attitude on the shop floor.
