On entering customer customer safety was explained and PPE provided. Offered Sleep Match and safety was brilliant providing covers for bed and pillows. Assistant listened to what we were saying regarding pillows and offered me a feather pillow. And offered us a different mattress as firm was recommended but preferred medium. All in all a very pleasant experience.

After doing this he took us straight to the mattress we ended up buying, as well as providing us with two pillows we also ended up buying. The experience was so easy and Mo was very friendly, he informed us of the deals that were on in store and was very informative.
