The customer service was excellent l! We were welcomed with smile on the entrance. We were offered to try the sleep Match is to help us in our search for a great night's sleep. We explained our budget and were offered 3 different mattresses to try within the price we quoted. The sales person explained in detail all features and helped us to find a bed frame. We were really pleased with the whole experience, we were offered a drink too!

I ordered a mattresses on line with delivery on 28th March which was okay when I placed the order. But due to the dreaded virus my son's university shut and he was home befire 28th March. I called the Dreams helpline who advised me to cancel the online order and go to the shop in Milton Keynes to collect the mattresses but first she checked the mattresses was available at the store which it was. On arrival at the store I was greeted by a friendly lady the mattresses was waiting for me to pay for and take home I was even asked if I need help taking the mattresses to my car. A great service all round from the helpline to the sales team in the store.
