Very friendly and helpful staff

The assistant approached us without being pushed. He listened to what we were looking for and got us to fill out the details and do the sleepmatch to select the right mattress for us

I needed to buy a small double bed after house move. Not always possible but I was given a choice of bases and mattresses by helpful assistant called Colin. Within half an hour I had my new bed with a good delivery date

We had just come from Benson's for Beds where we were not acknowledged or greeted by staff, so when we walked into dreams we were really happy with the quality of service. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. We were greeting almost immediately when we walked into the store, plus we were offered warm drinks and assistance. We had a very friendly young woman assist us with the dreams sleep matching machine. She then took us around all of our options giving us plenty of time to get comfortable on each option. We didn't feel pressured to buy right away, and when we did return to buy we were greeted with the same friendly attitude and warm drinks.

The sales assistant knew exactly what I wanted without me having to traipse around the store (I’d been in a few weeks prior). She was knowledgable, and personable and I wish I had gotten her name

Sarah was brilliant. She remembered us from a previous visit to the store. She was very accommodating with our enthusiastic 2 year old. She wasn’t pushy at all but just helped us and left us to make a decision. Ordering was very quick and easy. She was especially helpful explaining how the mattress could be taken upstairs etc
