Mo at the MK store assisted us today, he first listened to our needs and was fantastic from start to finish. We didn't feel rushed and felt we were given all the options available to us. Would definitely return because of the service and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a mattress!

My wife and I had a list of three shops to visit to replace a double bed with two singles one being adjustable. After visiting Dreams we didn't need to go anywhere else. Tina, your very friendly colleague, demonstrated the range you had to offer and showed great knowledge and determination in giving us what we needed. We are looking forward to having them delivered.

Assistance from Sarah at the MIlton Keynes branch was fantastic. We are first time buyers and wasn't sure what type of mattress to go for!...Sarah made recommendations based on our needs. Bed was ready for delivery few days after purchase - very satisfied

The man who served us (Colin, I think) was very nice and very efficient in showing us what products were best with my needs. He was very patient while we looked around. The presentation of the shop was excellent also.
