Dreams - Milton Keynes

Charlotte was extremely helpful and processed my order very quickly.

We was greeted at the door, was ask if we needed any help which we did and was asked if we would like to go on the sleep machine which we did. During the time there we was offered a drink i.e. tea, coffee etc. The assistant helped us to choose the right bed. The staff was polite and friendly.

Because we was greeted the min we walked in the door with a smile and felt welcomed in to the store and the member of staff was very helpful

Charlotte acknowledged us within a few moments looking around the store. She was busy with other things which didnt make her overpoweringly or come across as ‘pushy’. A nice experience and ordered there and then rather than shopping around at other stores as we had intended.

Tina was very helpful, kind and understanding of what I was asking and explained her self very well.

We were offered to use the bed is store that helped us choose which mattress was best for us. We were then shown by Charlie to a mattress that was recommended. We instantly fell in love with this and made a purchase.

Mo was charming and very helpful.

The member of staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve shopped here before, because of that, we will shop here again

We visited the store in Milton Keynes to buy a new mattress. The store was presented well and was very clean. A member of staff called Tina assisted us with choosing the right mattress for us. She was very friendly and welcoming. Our experience in Dreams was brilliant, no faults.
