Dreams - Milton Keynes

Mo was very helpful and polite. We first visited on 20 Jan and Mo explained the computer system for assessing a starting point for trying actual beds. From there Mo showed us ones based on the result. We tried several and came up with a favourite but was not sure and had to leave the store due to other commitments. We returned to the store on 20 Feb to see if the favourite of the previous visit was the one for us or any other options were better. We were greeted by another assistant and we explained about our previous visit saying that the favourite was OK but did not really make us feel this is definitely the one for us. Mo had been at the back of the store and joined and discussed options and then patiently showed us other options until my wife and I both agreed on the bed ordered. The order process and setting up the interest free credit was quick. We were very pleased to be be able to try some many different beds in an a relaxed and unpressured way.

Salesperson was very knowledgable about different options available and which enabled us to try different combinations of mattresses and bases. He was courteous, clear, picked up on our needs and saw the whole process through in an efficient, but unhurried, way. There were no ‘problems with the computer’ when we came to order. He showed us the screen at several stages of the process to check everything was right regarding purchase and delivery. We cannot remember having such a quality shopping experience for years ......if ever!

We been shopping with Dreams nearly 15 years and their products are durable and luxurious. My wife loves dreams as they do good customer service every time when we visited. Today we had a nice cup of tea while we doing trial out of pressure test on the expermental bed. Customer service assistant Aneesha who served us well knowledgeable and explained everything.

On the first visit to the store Peter took a great deal of time explaining and showing me all the options of beds. Ottomans, divans, drawers, headboards. I shopped around a number of stores and never found a more helpful sales assistant than Peter at the Milton Keynes store. I was very happy to return to this store and make a final choice of bed with his help.
