Dreams - Milton Keynes

Obviously not taken delivery of my purchase as yet but I was impressed by the patience and thorough knowledge displayed by the salesman that dealt with me. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble as I dithered about. I had been looking to buy a bed for a few years. I have purchased various items from Dreams in the past but my main reason for choosing the company in this instance was that my friend had dealings with Dreams and I was impressed then by the care taken to ensure the customer was treated well and all questions were answered - with no hard sell tactics. Buying a bed can be a tricky business. I am looking forward to receiving mine and am assured that I will not be abandoned if the bed is not as wonderfully comfortable as it was in the store.

Staff were very friendly and helpful offered us a cup of coffee which was delicious they advised us which was the best product to purchase but left us to make the choice

Colin went out of his way to ensure we were looked after and got the items we needed. I particularly liked Colin as he was not pushy in his sales technique and gave me time to think, but he knew what he was doing regarding sales. I think he has good understanding of his customer and needs. I will look for Colin next time I am buying my new mattress.

Colin was fantastic, very welcoming, offering us a drink with a friendly greeting. We were unable to find the right mattress for our needs from the list given by the analysis, however he did make another suggestion based on what we had discussed and it turned out to be the mattress we purchased.

Was helleped to chose the correct mattress for us also was not pushed in to buying witch is nice was given plenty of time to decide what was best for us was done friendly and professional was nice and clean so you wanted to lay on the beds to chose

Great experience very knowledgeable sales staff took us through using the sleep match to check Best mattress for us and listened to what we wanted and gave us all the info we needed to make our purchase .

Aneesah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process very easy.
