The assistant was extremely understanding of my mother's situation and made the experience of selecting the bed as straightforward as possible, without being the least bit 'pushy'.She addressed questions directly to my mother which was appreciated . Too often people do not bother to take the time to try to do this and she feels overlooked. Thank you. We have not received our order yet but have confidence that it will meet her requirements.

Staff (Colin) was very welcoming but not pushy. Then listened to my ramblings that i didnt really know what i wanted but helped me decide!!! Very impressed with the sleepmatch machine as it cut down the amount of beds i had to test. overall a pleasant experience
