Excellent service. Had ideas of what I wanted, assistant helped clarify and gave much more information. Friendly helpful, even got my mattress to be delivered especially earlier than expected as I dont have a bed currently.

The sales person knew about the products I wanted and gave me information so I could make an informed decision on what I wanted to buy. Also did the test to see which mattress would suit me. He also gave enough space for discussion between my daughter and myself.

I found Colin to be extremely helpful and pleasant as I have arthritis and need a suitable mattress. He also rang me back very quickly when I had a query.

We were dealt with very efficiently and respectfully by Sarah at Winterhill Milton Keynes. Her knowledge of the items was without fault and she did all she could to make our visit a pleasant and successful one. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the service received. There was an issue with some pillows being out of stock but this issue was adequately dealt with and overcome.

Colin was lovely and approachable. He introduced me and my partner to the sleepmatch machine which helped us find our dream bed. Really satisfied with the service and me and my partner can’t wait for the fast delivery of our new bed. Thank-you for a delightful experience.
