Dreams - Milton Keynes

We have had previous bad experience with a rival company and experienced it again on 12/01/2020 so left and went to Dreams. Staff were friendly and understood what we were looking for and why. No pressure to sell a bed we didn’t want or need.

Aneesha in the Milton Keynes brsnch was absolutely wonderful. We were trying to choose between 2 matresses and she was so patient and helpful in trying to find the best delivery date for us.

Liked the computerised mattress assessment bed, thought that was quite innovative. Friendly and attentive customer service. Nice cappuccino.

Salesperson took our requirements into consideration and did not try to push a far too expensive product out of our range
