The staff in store were really helpful, friendly and down to earth. We didn't feel pressured, and the atmosphere in the shop was really relaxed. We were asked if we needed help, but weren't hassled. When we did have a question, someone was quickly available to help, and directed us to exactly what we needed. I can't remember the name of the lady we dealt with, but as we wanted some time to think our decision over, when we went back to the shop a while later, we waited to speak to the same lady again as she'd been so helpful. Other staff were happy to help, but we wanted the original lady we saw to get the recognition for the sale. A great experience, although the price of the headboards were a bit more than we expected!

After ordering online we decided we wanted to change an item as we had tried out the mattresses in store. However as we were paying via credit over the phone they were unable to amend as the new mattress was more expensive and we'd paid using credit. If were to of cancelled the order the bed frame price would of increased. The service over the phone wasn't that great so we decide to go into store, Sarah and Darren took the time out to help insure that we would get the same price we had originally purchased online for the bed frame if we cancelled the original order and pre-ordered. They were both extremely helpful and friendly. Sarah also took the time to explore different pillow options with us.
