We visited Dreams in Milton Keynes as we were looking for a bed for our Son who has complex special needs, autistic and severely sight impaired. Dreams was our first stop and we had planned to visit a number of other bed shops - however the experience we had with Peter at the Milton Keynes branch was excellent and for us the customer experience is everything. Peter gave us just the right amount of contact time. He was informative and helpful giving us a number of options and even giving our Son a separate pillow to take around and try different beds. We did not tell Peter that Zac had complex needs - he was just very intuitive but at the same time gave us breathing space to shop - he wasn't at all pushy but stayed in the background and made himself available when he spotted a time when we might have questions. It can be very difficult to shop for things with an autistic child (he is only 10) but the layout of the store and the clear pricing and options made it easy for us to manage our Son's expectations and our budget. Ultimately we made the decision to purchase then and there - Peter impressed us and you had the right product for us so we need not look any further.

The Sales Assistant was never pushy and showed me a good range of mattresses and pillows based on my preferences. I also had the Dreams bed assessment which was an interesting experience. It suggested a mattress slightly softer than I like as I prefer a firm supportive mattress. I purchased a mattress within my budget which was comfortable and firmer than recommended by your equipment. Although your £49 cool pillows were comfortable they were too expensive. Colin's sales approach was attentive, polite, helpful and he helped me to find what I was looking for without making me feel under pressure. Excellent customer service.

Tina who served us was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very very helpful in helping us choose the right bed, mattress, pillows ,headboard and I cannot praise her enough.

Staff member who served us was fast, efficient, friendly & knowledgeable. We knew what we wanted, he upsold appropriately & listened well. Extremely happy with our dealings & the products we bought. Also, greeted on entering store & then left alone to browse until we wanted help. Perfect.
