Dreams - Milton Keynes

Offered a drink and help as soon as we walked into the store, left when needed to and someone was available when we needed them, very helpful staff nothing was too much trouble

Its been a long time since I last shopped in a Dreams bed shop. They were smaller then and were just a high street set up. I was astounded by the 5 star service, knowledge and friendliness of the staff. We were offered drinks and our bored children were kept occupied at the colouring table. Amazing service, we used the sleep master machine. And Sarah’s product knowledge was excellent. My perception of Dreams has completely changed and we will be back much more now.

Plenty of available staff, Mo looked after us and offered us a drink and to try the Sleep match technology. He then showed us around the suggested beds asking about our needs. He didnt rush us but just explained what we were trying and how each bed differed.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and not pushy at all.

The assistant was friendly not pushy, they advised on the special offers with my mattress and helped me get the mattress in the car.

The accuracy of matching the right bed and mattress for your needs . Improving your sleep with any ailments you may have ie back or body pain. The many choices of different mattresses that can be different on each side to accommodate the individual

We were greeted by “Mo” as soon as we arrived he offered some advice and answered every question we had, I felt he knew what he was talking about and didn’t just fob us off with made up answers. I was a little concerned that we might experience a “hard sell” but that wasn’t the case at all. Mo left us to continue browsing the store but was on hand for any further questions. He then left us to make our mind up and we didn’t feel any pressure at all, just helpful experienced advise. The coffee was very nice too!

You were not pressured in to buying and the salesman was very helpful.i even had a coffee

My entire visit from start to finish was amazing The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, explained everything to us and gave us many options of beds to try until we found out perfect one. The staff were very knowledgeable and offered us coffee and cake while we waited for out sales lady to finish with another customer. I would really recommend Dreams in Milton Keynes to anyone looking for beds.

Tina was extremely welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. We weren’t pressured in any way but given time to choose the bed which was perfect for us.
