My husband and I were immediately greeted at the Milton Keynes store by a member of staff who recommended trying the Sleepmatch bed to assess the right mattress for us. We were also kindly offered a hot drink. We felt the outcome of the Sleepmatch assessment was accurate, as we both found the firmer mattresses more comfortable and after trying a few we chose the Risborough double mattress. We were very satisfied with the customer service throughout by one of the managers, Mo, who listened carefully to our preferences and helped us to choose the right mattress for us.

Staff members were very attentive, honest and knowledgable. Picking the right mattress for me was a breeze and I was pleased with the service given. The mattresses I was shown were just right for me, and picking a favourite out of them all was easy.

Peter, the young man who served us was excellent. A very good ambassador for your company. He was attentive listening to our needs and had a lovely manner.
