Sarah was excellent - her service was very friendly, knowledgable, professional and non pushy. We were shown a range of options and helped with what to choose. She made the experience very easy and non-stressful.

Mo who helped us was very helpful and looked at an order we place a few years ago so we could get same mattress for our new bed.

Colin was wonderful, extremely friendly, provided clear information without hard selling or being patronising, he took us through the mattress finder machine, made sure we had pillows when trying out the mattresses. He was kind and patient. Cracking service, top bloke!

I visited Dreams MK twice - on both occasions your colleagues (different each time) were extremely friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. I loved the Sleepmatch (the computer got my preference spot on!). Your team was terrific, i found the perfect mattress and a lovely, very practical bed frame.

The manager of the store was very friendly and guided us to the right bed. All the other staff were lovely too
