My experience with Dream was great.

Friendly service, prompt delivery time, good quality bed

We had a proper sale highly recommend

The assistant we spoke to took is through the Sleep Simulator(not sure if the correct name) and guided us through the different options. He took time to understand our needs ie I get hit in bed and suggested solutions. We never felt rushed or felt he was pushing us to a particular product and he drew our attention to the 40 night trial which we liked. We went in for 1 mattress and ended up buying 2 and pillows!

The sales lady Sarah was really helpful and we found the perfect mattress. She answered every question we had and cannot praise her enough.

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff. It was great to hear about the store manager’s ethos towards sales, which clearly made its way across to the staff. I felt listened to and not pressured to buy. I loved the variety of mattresses to test.

A worker approached us whilst in store and advised us to try the sleepmatch to find the perfect mattress for us. This was very helpful and a great idea. Colin helped us to find a mattress for us that we both found comfy, he gave us lots of options

Colin was extremely helpful and talked us through every step of the process. He helped us to compare a variety of different beds, mattresses, pillows and storage options so that we had the complete view of all our options.
