Great staff esp Peter.

The Staff Member was very helpful and explained all the different types of bed options after we did the bed test to find what suited our needs. She didn't try and up sell us from a mattress to a bedframe but when we decided we also wanted a new bedframe was very helpful with helping us select the one we wanted and compare the different options

We saw Peter at the Milton Keynes store who was excellent in every way, very helpful, professional & friendly.

This is the 3rd bed we've bought from this branch. All 3 times we've delt with Peter who has been attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with.

The whole trip to Dreams was efficient, informative and helpful. We purchased a mattress in what felt like minutes and the store assistant was full of knowledge

Charlotte was extremely helpful. We asked for a customised ottoman bed and she was outstanding in explaining us the options. Even with the mattress she showed us the dream technology and the effectiveness of it. This is our second bed from dreams and we look no further anywhere. Very good job overall.

Tina who served us was friendly, polite and efficient, it was lovely to be offered a cup of tea but a bit of a shame it wasn’t very nice due to uht milk! Some proper milk would have made all the difference to a faultless service. This isn’t the first time we have purchased from this store and would definitely return if we needed anything further.
