The sales assistant was very helpful and was able to demonstrate and guide me to the best bed suitable for my needs

The lady who assisted us was excellent - we returned specifically to be assisted by Sarah (Order no 281A032865) as the first time she assisted us left such a good impression. Her knowledge and customer service skills are excellent.

The person who served us was called Mo he had marvously customer skills and had a high skilled knowledge of the products. He made the whole process run smoothly and go far easier and quicker than I thought it would.

Tina was very helpful. She understood the product and explained it well. She left us to make a decision so we weren't feeling too pressurised, which may have resulted in us not wanting to buy. She also made us a lovely cup of tea!

The customer service was really good,Colin helped me with finding what firmness of mattress I required,also talked me through the different ones you had available although i didn’t purchase one as you were dearer than other places. I did purchase a bed frame and from arriving at the store and up until the purchase and ordering it to be delivered it ran smoothly.

Was offered assistance straight away. Colin, your sales colleague wasn't pushy for a sale. We appreciated that. How often and how much we wanted to try out the mattresses and pillows was no problem. We didn't feel pressurised in any way. Colin's assistance was informative and helpful. He was able to answer any questions we had. I'm pregnant and was permitted to use your staff toilet - also very helpful! When we placed our order we were offered drinks. Your hot chocolate was delicious! The only constructive criticism I would have which wasn't from any fault of Colin's service is that we are due to move house soon and it appeared it wouldn't be so straight forward for your company to deliver our bed to our new address due to it not being the same address at the time of order. With another company we have used to place an order for our sofas, this was not an issue at all. So perhaps you might wish to review this aspect of your sales and delivery process?
