Wow. What an amazing service! Truly lovely friendly staff and very helpful. Answered any questions we had and made it so easy to find our new bed. They even make a nice cup of tea and our Granddaughter was impressed with the hot chocolate! So ice to be treated like royalty on a wet miserable Saturday afternoon . The staff in the MIlton Keynes store are amazing. Well done.

Tina could see we needed assistance, answered all of our questions, and helped us to make our decision quickly. We were in and out of the store, with 3 mattresses in less than an hour. Super happy.

We were extremely satisfied with the service as soon as we entered the shop as our assistant Sarah was very knowledgeable helpful understanding and patient and was able to answer all our questions with ease. Sarah was very friendly and made it easy to purchase and understand the purchase and payment options including delivery which we were very happy with as it only takes one week to deliver and the buy now pay 9 months option is brilliant overall all it was a brilliant service and we will be shopping there again in the future.

I went in on the Thursday and made clear I was only looking at beds and wanted an idea of what would be good. One of the staff Darren had me use the bed guide machine which was fantastic and so helpful, after finding what I was looking for he took me around showing me products I had looked at online that would do. He then showed me bed frames and was amazingly helpful. On Thursday I came in and immediately spoke to Mo who again had such good knowledge of the products and was very patient when I was making my decision. He took me around the store again ensuring I was getting everything I wanted then we proceeded to payment. He was very clear about the process and was very customer driven. Overall I’d just say it was amazing experience shopping at dreams. It’s rare to have such an easy process That’s made simple by a professional team which. If I needed another bed I would definitely return there hopefully the team members would be just as helpful.
