Very satisfied, the lady who dealt with us, Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful.

I was highly satisfied due to the attention given to my specific needs of the bed I want and I was served with precision and promptness such that I was impressed. The sales agent who served us, Colin, was kind and seemed knowledgeable of what I was looking for in the bed I wanted. Without hesitation I would recommend Dreams to family and colleagues both for the superb products and the impeccable service. The other impressive thing about Dreams is about the terms on offer for settlement which, according to me, are reasonable and affordable to say the least.

Everything dealt with in one visit

Sarah was brilliant, she greeted us warmly, and listened to what we were looking for, she offered us drink, and also a better pillow as we sleep on our sides. She suggested we try the sleep match machine, which confirmed the potential Mattresses Sarah had identified, then showed us the various options giving us a description of each and checking out thoughts. She then left us to try the mattresses as much as we liked, but was always there as soon as we looked her way. Overall she made the whole experience excellent. She is a real credit to dreand. The colleague (Charlie) was extremely helpful and really good with my daughters for whom I was buying the beds. She made them feel very well looked after and ensured their needs were met totally.

All the staff were knowledgeable and super friendly, especially the lady who served us. After using the machine she recommended 3 mattresses one of which we chose. Great service.
