We were attended to by Peter who displayed excellent product knowledge and a good amount of time with us guiding us (not pushing) to items we might wish to consider. He left us alone when we needed but was on hand again the moment we looked up. Peter went out of his way to answer all our queries with great energy and explanations. There was requirement for Peter to liaise with his colleagues during order process and all three were professional, respectful of each other and just generating a great quality service vibe in the store. We spent more than we budgeted but feel that we have a better “fit” of items which will suit us perfectly and we wouldn’t have been this satisfied with our choices without the direct assistance we had from Peter.

Colin was extremely helpful. I was looking at a new mattress and he pointed me in the right direction I even had the sleepmatch test. Well impressed!!!
