I found the assistant so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us even when we went back and forth in the store. Speedy delivery was also a nice surprise

Availability of different mattresses to try out, knowledge of colleague who helped us,no pressure.

We were greeted and helped by Sarah who was very knowledgeable and helped make our choices much easier.

Was a follow up visit with a knowledgeable salesman,very helpful and a very satisfactory shopping experience from a gentleman named Colin.

We are helped by Sarah and she made us feel very comfortable and at ease without being pushy. We were greeted as we walked in, offered a coffee whilst we had the sleepmatch computer conducted and no pressure to buy any mattress at all. Sarah even arranged for a mattress we favoured to be placed on a bedframe we were interested in so we could see the difference. She offered various pillows and we were more than happy to buy our favoured product.

Peter the assistant who helped us throughout the visit was excellent providing the perfect amount of support to help us make our choices but never appearing overbearing or pushing for a sale. he remained attentive from a distance whilst we were trying various mattresses only coming back to speak with us at every now and again. This style of selling makes a huge difference!! We were expecting to visit several shops before making a final decision but purchased everything we needed under one roof having total faith in Peters advice!! Must confess to being very surprised as we are John Lewis customers through and through!!!
