sales assistant had a good knowledge of products and gave good advice and I wasn't rushed to make a decision.

Staff member Tina was very knowledgeable about products and showed us the various mattresses that would best suit us.

Can not fault the service given. Tina & Mo were very friendly & helpful, even when their computer screen froze, their friendliness still shone through. As the screen froze after payment, Mo called later in the day to confirm delivery date was as already booked, as he had already explained the freezing of the screen may of changed it.

I was in the store for less than a minute when the assistant made eye contact with a smile and asked if I needed help. From then on she was extremely helpful, never pushy and obviously knew the range.

Courteous, pleasant & informative - Mo was all of these. Cannot fully answer all questions as bed base has not yet been delivered & "fitted".
