Dreams - Milton Keynes

We have been to the Milton Keynes store before so following on from that experience, which was good, we returned again.

I was highly satisfied with the whole experience of buying my new bed. The staff were efficient polite and extremely helpful couldn’t ask for anything more

The member of staff whom I dealt with at your Milton Keynes store was James who I found to be extremely courteous and helpful.

The manager Mo was absolutely fantastic dealing with all our needs, we got exactly what we wanted , he was so very helpful and he made us two cups of tasty coffee, x

Staff member was not pushy and listened to our opinions....

We were greet on arrival but allowed to look for a bit and did not feel pounced on. We were then approached and offered assistance. We felt listen to and felt that Tina was interested in helping us. We tried a number of mattresses that were suggested by the scan bed. Having made a selection we collected a quote and left the store. We then returned the following day to make our purchase having had time to discuss it at home. Ordering was a nice speedy process and again Tina really helped us.

Colin our assistant was very polite and helpful. He tried every way he could to try and get us an earlier delivery date but couldn’t.

Sarah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
