We were pleased with the service we had when we bought our last mattress and its quality so when it needed replacing after 10 years we returned to Dreams. We found Tina to be very helpful in passing on her extensive product knowledge. She gave good advice and then allowed us the freedom to make up our minds without any pressure. I have sales experience and like to be sold to - Tina is a very good sales person.

We visited the store with an idea of what we wanted and received more than adequate information from Sales Assistant and a mattress test to establish the correct firmness for us. The Sales Assistant wasn't too pushy and gave us enough information to digest and make an informed decision.

Very helpful and quick

Sales person very helpful and not pushy, placed us on the mattress machine and then showed us all the mattresses recommended and allowed us to try each one in turn until we found the one that suited us.

Sarah was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. This is the second time I have placed an order in the store with Sarah and couldn’t fault Sarah’s attention to detail with every aspect of her customer service. She truly is a credit to your company.
