The sales guy was incredibly friendly and professional. He really put us at ease and made us very comfortable

we went to the store to look at a bed for my daughter. We were served by Colin, who was very exeprienced, and patient. He explained lots to us and we came away very satisfied alebit £1480 lighter :). Sarah the sales assistant was beyond helpful and very knowledgable. She helped in every aspect and didn’t direct us immediately to the most expensive mattress. Her attention to detail was excellent and didn’t want to sell us any old mattress.

Sarah was lovely, a real credit to the store. She advised me about the mattresses and just made it an enjoyable experience.

Totally not rushed in our choice of beds, Advice was clear and precise without the feeling of being “lead” one way. Would recommend Dreams to a friend or family.

We used the dreams mattress to find out which mattress was most suited to us. Colin was also very helpful and friendly.

The bed was better priced than expected from Dreams. Delivery several weeks faster than competitors. Build quality looks decent. Friendly and available staff who were able to answer all questions and were not pushy (like a neighbouring store- Benson's for beds)

The entry into the store was nice and bright and very clean. We were greeted as we walked in which was genuine and welcoming. Lots of choice for beds on show, we were very pacific in our requirements which narrowed our search to only a few options. The assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We made our purchase and was very happy with the product we purchased. I am very excited with my new purchase but need to wait until mid September as they are waiting on stock.

From the minute we walked in we’re made to feel at ease. The store manager ( don’t remember his name sorry! ) greeted us and made us feel welcome. Pete served us and was very knowledgeable. He was knowledgeable about what he was talking about and allowed us plenty of time to look around and choose and try beds. The ordering process was easy and we were kept well informed of everything he was doing.
