On visiting the Milton Keynes store we were greeted on entry and politely asked if we needed help. We wanted to view the beds without interference, we declined assistance and were left alone, Perfect. We asked the Store Manager a few questions, these were answered and we were offered refreshment. We left the store, thanking the Store Manager. We visited another store where we found similar products to compare, at this store we were constantly harangued. We returned to the Dreams store where the Store Manager greeted us, we posed another question and he suggested we use your Mattress test facility. We were impressed. We had been furnished all the information we required to make our decision in a credible way. We were also advised on the depth of mattress and not pressurised to purchase the most expensive, which we could have, but what we have is perfect. The Store Manager, Adam, is a credit to your company and should be commended for his ability to build customer relationship and the manner he leads his people.

Both times I visited the store (for research and then to purchase), I was approached by a member of staff. I was listened to and offered a cup of tea. On the research visit I was shown a wide range of suitable beds and put under no pressure to choose a particular one. Everything I was told in store happened as I was told. The delivery/assembly team were on time, polite and very quick. They created no mess at all.

I had visited a number of furniture / bed stores looking for a new bed and had not found anything suitable in my price range. Some of the other stores that i had been in had really tried to push for me to purchase items that way beyond my price range, even though i was adamant that i couldn't afford them. I put off going to Dreams until the last, as i thought they would be too expensive, but i was pleasantly surprised to find the bed that I wanted as soon as i walked into the store. A staff member helped me in explaining the different kinds of mattresses, and pointed out a couple more that may have also been suitable, and then checked the delivery time for the bed that i was most interested in. After some discussion and testing, i made my choice and the order was processed immediately and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and am now looking forward to receiving my new bed!
