Staff were very knowledgeable about all the products. They were very helpful without being pushy.

We were greeted by Aneesah as we entered the store, we explained what we wanted and immediately she understood our needs and showed us a variety of beds. Aneesah explained the functionality of each, the pros and cons and investigated what we wanted and why. Within 10 minutes she had found us our new bed. The store was tidy and inviting. The other staff interacted with us and were friendly and knowledgeable. Peter helped Aneesah with a couple of things on the system for training and he was patient with Aneesah and polite to us. Aneesah helped us choose and mattress cover, pillows and bedding and whilst she was getting everything we had an impulse buy of a bed frame!! Aneesah was thorough and explained everything to us. We literally got up that morning thought we needed to replace our mattress - within an hour we had done that quite effortlessly. We commented as we lef the store what a great experience it had been.

Dealt with ADAM at the Winterhill Store in Milton Keynes, very knowledgable and helpful and just good fun. Very kind to my daughter who is A student Nurse asking her which position she slept in etc which actually led us to purchase a more expensive mattress.good up sale! thank you Adam

Tina attended to me and once she showed me different options for beds, she left me and a friend to have a good look then assisted us with the purchase when we had decided.

The colour coding of types of mattress combined with the large signs telling you about firmness made it really easy to narrow down the products for initial trial. The prices were also clearly displayed. The computerised bed game (that i had been offered a go on when i first arrived) then helped to generate alternatives to the matresses I had initially tried - which led to a better final choice than i would otherwise have made. The sales person was knowledgable about the impact on comfort of extra springs, the number of springs in each type of bed, the materials used in manufacture (and also the impact of these on price). I felt he listened to me and my requirements and did not try to push me to something i could not afford. The sales staff as a whole offered me somewhere to hang my coat whilst i was trying out beds.
