I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was given personal assistance by one of the members of staff without having to wait. Had previously bought a bed from this particular branch and was satisfied then with the service.

The assistant immediately identified our requirements. She then guided us through the options. Gave us time to try the different mattresses. Answered every question with specific and precise information which gave us confidence in the product and her. She also suggested we also look at pillows which although expensive at £99 each we are very happy with. We would definitely use this store again and would try to deal with the same sales assistant.

Peter and Sarah were very helpful and friendly. They made the whole experience very enjoyable. Good prices and wide range of products which were clearly explained by the two members of staff we talked to.

The customer service agent that served me was first class. Highly knowledgeable about the product, polite and very very efficient. I dont know what the young man's intentions are in the future but he has future management written all over him. 5 stars!!
