Dreams - Milton Keynes

We walked into the store late on a Sunday afternoon. The sales assistant came over and asked us questions about what we wanted, what we had already seen and what our price range was. It made the sale so much easier and she ain’t show us mattresses that were out of our price range.

We were allowed time to look around on our own without staff being intrusive. We were offered bottles of water on a very hot day and staff were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Customer service is really important to me and I cannot express more highly my satisfaction at the way I was dealt with. I think the salesperson's name was Peter. He was profession and attentive, but also discreet and gave me time to consider my purchase. When I was ready, he returned immediately. I was very impressed by his knowledge and ability to explain everything without appearing pushy. It was really nice to be served by someone of such intelligence and graciousness. I would have no hesitation returning to Dreams because of this experience, and would hope that this young man is still there to serve me. GET HIM INVOLVED IN TRAINING! His people skills are outstanding.

We knew which Bed frame we wanted for our brand new home and had been watching the price for quite a while, we visited the Milton Keynes store yesterday and myself, Wife and 2 young Children were treated by Sarah, she was friendly and lovely towards the children and even offered us all a nice and much needed ice cold bottle of water due to the 34c heat outside! Sarah spent a long time assisting us with trying to find the right mattress with no pressure whatsoever, she let us spend some time to have a look around u til we were happy with our choice. Sarah got us a great deal we were very happy with and even threw in some extras so we are extremely happy with our purchase! Overall we are extremely happy with both the service and the price. Sarah is an asset to the company and considering the temperature the staff had to endure in the store yesterday I think they all deserve a medal! The sales assistant Sarah was excellent. She was helpful and listened to what it was we wanted. She suggested different options which we had not previously thought of, which actually worked better for us. She was honest and friendly and certainly not pushy. The transaction of purchasing was simple and quick and the delivery date we wanted was available.

We were met by Peter who made us a coffee and was there as and when we needed him, not at all pushy, very knowledgeable about his products. He was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. We ended up buying a bed base as well as a mattress!

Store assistant greeted me straight away and directed me to what I was looking for and answered my questions about it then gave me time to choose it was all easy and stress free

Had everything we needed on show. Colin was a great help. He explained all the mattress options in a clear and concise way.

Staff were extremely helpful in meeting with our requirement. There was no rush in trying to get us to purchase a mattress. There was ample assistance and patience whilst we deceived what suited us best. Although the ‘remote’ bed was not working when we arrived, it confirmed our requirement after we had tried various options.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff but they weren’t pushy. They let me test different mattresses till I found the right one without getting irritated at my indecisiveness or hovering awkwardly. I felt valued as a customer and relaxed enough to take my time to be certain I was choosing the mattress for me.
